Senior Director of Launch Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Launch Excellence and GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end launch lifecycle for strategic offerings across product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams
• Establish standards, rituals, and KPIs to enhance launch quality and reliability while reducing friction and missed milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive aligned launch strategies and ensure readiness for major launches

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, strategy/operations, or commercial roles with complex launches
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies for technology or tech-enabled products in healthcare or life sciences
• Proven ability to define and run launch frameworks and governance at a portfolio or business-unit level
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, including experience with business cases and success metrics
• Fluency in using AI and advanced tools to enhance decision-making processes
