Senior Director of Launch Excellence

Job Summary

Experienced launch leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Senior Director of Launch Excellence, responsible for defining and operationalizing the launch operating model, establishing launch readiness standards, and integrating global marketing strategies to enhance launch quality across multiple biopharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the Launch Excellence (LEX) operating model, including governance and service levels
• Set quality standards for launch readiness planning and utilize serial launch judgment to ensure effective execution
• Build and manage the AIN Launch Excellence team, establishing clear roles and processes for scalable delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 22 - 26 years of extensive biopharmaceutical commercial experience across global, regional, and local marketing roles
• Demonstrated track record in leading multiple product launches with a focus on launch excellence and readiness
• Proven experience in people management, including building teams and coaching talent in complex environments
• Strong project management skills with experience in using digital tools and dashboards for launch execution
