Senior Director of Learning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product & Services Enablement Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer training content and programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create learning objectives and deliver training prior to product releases
• Manage a global team and launch external training programs for customer certification

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building customer-facing learning programs in a SaaS environment
• Experience in instructional and curriculum design, including hybrid learning models
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with accountability for results
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders across various functions
