Senior Director of Learning and Development

Job Summary

Leading global commercial learning initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Learning & Development will design and implement training strategies to enhance commercial talent development and customer learning, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the commercial L&D strategy, aligning learning initiatives with enterprise goals and performance gaps
• Implement standardized instructional design models and oversee the commercial learning lifecycle across blended modalities
• Manage and mentor staff while partnering with commercial leaders to identify training needs and deliver high-quality programs

Required qualifications

• B.S. in education, management, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial learning & development, including leading global teams
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide learning programs and organizational transformation initiatives
• Experience in change management, instructional design, and AI technologies
• Industry experience in MedTech or regulated environments is preferred
