Job Summary
Leading global commercial learning initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Learning & Development will design and implement training strategies to enhance commercial talent development and customer learning, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the commercial L&D strategy, aligning learning initiatives with enterprise goals and performance gaps
- Implement standardized instructional design models and oversee the commercial learning lifecycle across blended modalities
- Manage and mentor staff while partnering with commercial leaders to identify training needs and deliver high-quality programs
Required qualifications
- B.S. in education, management, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial learning & development, including leading global teams
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide learning programs and organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience in change management, instructional design, and AI technologies
- Industry experience in MedTech or regulated environments is preferred
