Job Summary

Responsible for the conceptualization and delivery of high-impact learning solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Learning Experience will manage innovative learning programs, courseware development, and knowledge management to support business goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of learning programs to enhance new hires' proficiency and address performance gaps
• Oversee the development of engaging learning experiences using various media and course authoring tools
• Evaluate learning interventions and present performance impact results to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in learning experience design and curriculum development
• Strong technical skills in course authoring software and media development tools
• Familiarity with learner-centered teaching strategies and e-learning development
• Experience in LMS administration and knowledge management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a positive work environment
