• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development with leadership experience in a global organization
• Strong expertise in large-scale enterprise learning and talent development initiatives
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Experience in budget and project management
