Job Summary
Leading the client-facing and revenue-generating Amplity Learn business, the full-time Senior Director of Learning Solutions will drive business strategy, deliver revenue growth, and enhance client delivery while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the Learn business plan, including revenue targets and margin expectations
- Partner with business development to qualify opportunities and position Amplity Learn as a differentiated partner
- Operationalize and refine Learn's core product portfolio, focusing on scalable, digital solutions and AI-enabled learning products
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in learning solutions, medical affairs training, or related fields
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences operating environments
- Proven track record in developing and delivering client-facing learning and capability-building solutions
- Demonstrated fluency in digital learning ecosystems and AI-enabled learning tools
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, life sciences, or related fields
