Job Summary
Leading the workforce capability strategy and learning governance, the full-time Senior Director of Learning Strategy will establish a new capability within Global Development Operations, focusing on competency model development, functional learning strategy, and onboarding excellence in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of GDO's workforce capability and learning strategy in collaboration with senior leaders
- Establish and maintain competency and capability framework architecture to support workforce planning and career development
- Translate business strategies and workforce trends into multi-year capability development roadmaps that enhance organizational performance
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
- 15+ years of experience in workforce capability, organizational learning, or related disciplines within complex global organizations
- Demonstrated experience in developing competency models and capability frameworks at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to align workforce capability investments with business strategy and organizational performance objectives
- Experience leveraging workforce analytics and emerging technologies to improve workforce capability and performance
