Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the operational and technology roadmap for the Legal & Compliance team
• Act as a liaison between legal and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage legal budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university
• At least 8 years of relevant operations experience, including 3 years at the management level in a technology company
• Hands-on experience with legal technology tools and large-scale project management
• Proven ability to use data-driven methods for decision making
• Experience developing strategic planning materials and cross-functional collaboration
