Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of LegalTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the LegalTech Practice, ensuring disciplined execution and sustainable growth
• Manage executive-level vendor relationships and oversee the LegalTech practice P&L to drive revenue and margin performance
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of consultants and leaders while optimizing resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within IT consulting or vertical SaaS services, ideally in LegalTech
• Proven experience leading a multi-million-dollar IT consulting or professional services practice
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth within a partner-led or channel-driven model
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L performance
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities
