Senior Director of Lodging Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Lodging Supply Partnerships to lead and scale its lodging supply ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic lodging partnerships across hotel chains, PMGs, and key supply partners
• Serve as a senior external representative in complex partner relationships
• Develop and execute lodging supply partnership strategies aligned with growth and customer experience objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, fintech, enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses
• Proven track record in structuring and scaling strategic partnerships
• Experience working with large partners at the executive level
• Strong commercial judgment in evaluating tradeoffs across growth and risk
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally in fast-scaling organizations
