Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Customer Logistics - Freight Brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead invoicing, auditing, and payment functions within the freight brokerage business unit
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management in customer organizations to drive retention and growth
• Forecast, plan, and manage financial targets while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field, or two additional years of related experience
• Ten years or more of logistics/supply chain experience across multiple locations
• Five years or more of P&L responsibility, including forecasting and managing financial targets
• Six years or more of managing and developing direct reports and large multi-level teams
• Four years or more of managing customer relationships and KPIs
