Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least three (3) years of leadership experience in customer experience functions
• Experience in launching and managing customer loyalty or rewards programs
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
• Experience with design thinking and customer journey mapping
