Senior Director of LTSS Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, LTSS Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the LTSS Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead the planning, development, and deployment of LTSS workflows while coordinating implementation across departments
• Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows using data insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field required; equivalent experience may be accepted
• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare required
• Five (5) years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience required
• Seven (7) years of operations/healthcare administration experience required
• Five (5) years of experience driving performance and process improvements in the healthcare insurance industry required
