A company is looking for a Senior Director of M&A Strategy and Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve the company's build-buy-partner framework for strategic decision-making
• Conduct assessments of the market landscape and competitive dynamics
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or a related role
• Strong understanding of M&A and strategic partnerships in a technology environment
• Proven ability to assess strategic tradeoffs and make recommendations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software sectors is preferred
