Senior Director of Major Gifts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Major Gifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects
• Manage and supervise 2-4 fundraisers at the Director and/or Associate Director level
• Meet fundraising goals and track donor activity in the database

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a successful track record in major gifts solicitations of $100,000+
• Experience managing fundraising staff is strongly preferred
• Fundraising experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Some travel and evening/weekend work may be required
