Senior Director of Managed Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Managed Care Accounts (Payers).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national account team focused on payers, PBMs, and health plans to secure optimal product coverage
• Develop and execute customer strategies to build relationships with national managed care accounts and state Medicaid programs
• Manage the payer account team, establishing performance goals and overseeing execution of account plans

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences, finance/accounting, or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 13+ years, or a PhD with 10+ years of experience
• Strong background in national/regional account management and leadership
• Proven track record of success with National Payers, Regional Payers, PBMs, and government programs
• Expertise in pricing and contract strategy within key payer segments
• Experience in commercialization and launch of retail and specialty pharmaceuticals, preferably within CNS
