Senior Director of Managed Review

Job Summary

Driving solution execution and client success, the full-time Senior Director of Managed Review will lead the Review Management team remotely, focusing on strategic goals, operational excellence, and innovative analytics-driven workflows in the eDiscovery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategic vision and execution plans for Managed Review offerings, ensuring team performance and results
• Provide strategic leadership and develop organizational strategies for scalable growth and successful implementation of enterprise-level work
• Establish and maintain relationships with linear review providers, overseeing discussions related to pricing, capacity, and performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in managed review projects within complex litigation and investigations
• Proven track record in developing review processes and utilizing data analytics and technology-assisted review
• JD required; consulting or data science experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and deliver high performance with low attrition
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex managed review workflows using advanced analytics technologies
