Senior Director of Managed Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the North American Managed Services team and oversee service delivery for 30+ clients
• Set strategic direction for technical teams and contribute to the Managed Services Roadmap
• Review practice P&L, create revenue forecasts, and establish governance structures for service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA in a relevant program or equivalent work experience
• 12 years of experience managing in a mature Managed Services organization
• Business development experience in service offerings and proposals
• ITIL Foundations Certification
• Experience with various automation tools and digital technologies
