Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Track current market coverage and prioritize new contacts to pursue
• Establish new national and regional payer contracts and resolve rejections
• Analyze and negotiate contract rates to optimize terms on contracts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of payer contracting and/or payer partnerships experience
• Deep knowledge of payers with an existing network of payer relationships
• Strong understanding of healthcare and reimbursement dynamics
• Strong contracting and negotiating skills
• Passion for the mission and space
