Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Market Access Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global and regional market entry strategies for portfolio products
• Direct regional reimbursement submissions and Health Technology Assessment responses to support market access decisions
• Build relationships with payers and stakeholders to advance favorable coverage and payment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
• 15+ years of progressive industry experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or market access roles
• 7+ years of people leadership experience with global and cross-functional team oversight
• Deep expertise in global reimbursement, payer strategy, and health economics
