Senior Director of Market Access Strategy

Job Summary

To accelerate payer adoption and market access for diagnostic solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Market Access Strategy will develop and execute strategies for Medicare and commercial payers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with health plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market access strategies for Medicare and commercial payers to enhance coverage and reimbursement
• Negotiate contractual agreements with national and regional payers, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid organizations
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with health plans and engage with payer stakeholders to advance diagnostic adoption

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement
• Experience directly engaging with national and regional health plans or Medicare organizations
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate payer contracts and understand Medicare policy and reimbursement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of value-based care models and diagnostic reimbursement pathways
