Senior Director of Market Performance

Job Summary

Driving operational health and financial performance in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Director of Market Performance will lead strategic initiatives within the Value-Based Care ecosystem, ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy and local execution while managing P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to market strategy and provides leadership through matrixed accountability to drive care team execution
• Leads cross-functional teams to identify financial opportunities and optimize health plan performance, focusing on P&L improvements
• Nurtures relationships with key providers and utilizes Population Health Management platforms for data analysis and trend auditing

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, and/or population health
• 3+ years in direct P&L leadership roles within managed care or integrated delivery systems
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and commercial risk-sharing arrangements
• Proven commitment to improving healthcare for underserved or complex populations
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
