Senior Director of Market Planning

Job Summary

Driving member retention performance, the full-time Senior Director of Market Planning will develop and implement strategies to minimize avoidable loss of MassHealth eligibility while managing contractual obligations with MassHealth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee member retention strategies to achieve health plan retention goals
• Monitor retention metrics, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement cycles
• Collaborate with the SCO & One Care Contract Director to ensure timely delivery of all contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Five (5) years of health plan or policy experience required; ten (10) years preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and MassHealth regulations
• Experience in contract interpretation and operationalizing policies for compliance
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills
