Key responsibilities:

• Lead market strategy and intelligence functions, overseeing market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and assess portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting product positioning
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive teams, facilitating planning sessions and developing strategic materials

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, insurance product strategy, or consulting
• 6+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-level teams
• Expertise in ACA individual and small group QHP markets
