Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of paid media initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will manage the performance marketing roadmap, oversee agency partnerships, and drive growth through innovative acquisition strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annual and quarterly strategic roadmap for paid media, defining allocation and testing strategies to achieve growth targets
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of platform mechanics and best practices, ensuring proactive adjustments to strategies based on real-time insights
- Design and implement a structured test-and-learn framework to optimize performance and drive scalable growth
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and strong experience with Google Ads, including performance channels
- Proven ability to manage and scale affiliate partnership programs effectively
- Demonstrated experience in managing agency relationships at a strategic level
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
