Job Summary
Owning the demand creation and customer lifecycle, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will lead segment demand strategy, product positioning, and cross-sell initiatives while driving rapid growth in the non-acute market segment remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the demand-created number across acute and non-acute segments, focusing on non-acute growth
- Lead product marketing efforts, including platform positioning, launches, and competitive analysis
- Manage cross-sell strategies and enablement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on segment, demand, or product marketing leadership
- Proven track record of rapidly growing a named segment, preferably in a high-velocity environment
- Expertise in both demand creation and product marketing
- Strong background in healthcare IT is preferred
- Experience with modern tooling for scaling team output in an AI-first context
