Job Summary
Building and leading a team of Strategic Segment Managers, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will drive market intelligence initiatives, synthesize insights across multiple segments, and establish strategic growth priorities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a team of Strategic Segment Managers while establishing and improving the function's operating model
- Synthesize market intelligence into a company-level view, identifying cross-segment themes and investment priorities
- Own the Market Requirements Document framework, ensuring consistency and actionability for product line teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, market intelligence, or strategic marketing in scientific instrumentation
- 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of at least two target end markets relevant to the organization
- Experience designing structured voice of customer programs and translating insights into product strategy
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics, engineering, or a related scientific discipline
