Job Summary
To lead the strategy and execution of acquisition marketing programs, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will operate remotely, representing the Communications, Marketing & Customer Experience department while addressing business challenges within Health Services and overseeing integrated marketing efforts across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior CMX presence in segment leadership meetings, integrating marketing with communications, customer experience, and brand strategies
- Develop and lead comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies aligned with growth targets and market priorities across various business segments
- Oversee agent connection programs and local market development initiatives to ensure effective campaign execution and resource allocation
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications roles
- 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a complex, matrixed organization
- Deep expertise in integrated acquisition marketing strategy across various health markets
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and operate credibly in senior business forums
