Job Summary
Leading the operational backbone of the marketing function, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing Operations will establish processes, performance management, and technology-enabled models to scale marketing effectively in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the planning and operating cadence for the marketing function, including annual planning and KPI reviews
- Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into measurable plans and execution roadmaps
- Drive program governance and execution discipline to enhance campaign coordination and accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Marketing operations or related environments
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong understanding of pipeline and performance measurement
- Proven ability to build and run operating models at scale across complex organizations
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales technology ecosystems
