Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of GTM Strategy and Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-own marketing go-to-market strategy with the Head of Demand Generation, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and program execution
  • Manage marketing forecasting, pipeline targets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the marketing technology budget and investment strategy, partnering with Demand Generation and Finance for resource allocation


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing strategy, revenue/marketing operations, or demand generation leadership
  • Deep technical expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation suites, and workflow orchestration tools
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and achieving marketing-driven revenue outcomes
  • Strong experience in forecasting, funnel modeling, and performance management
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
