Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of GTM Strategy and Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-own marketing go-to-market strategy with the Head of Demand Generation, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and program execution
- Manage marketing forecasting, pipeline targets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
- Oversee the marketing technology budget and investment strategy, partnering with Demand Generation and Finance for resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing strategy, revenue/marketing operations, or demand generation leadership
- Deep technical expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation suites, and workflow orchestration tools
- Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and achieving marketing-driven revenue outcomes
- Strong experience in forecasting, funnel modeling, and performance management
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
