Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end marketing enablement ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing Technology will manage media attribution, tracking frameworks, and subscription purchase flows in a remote capacity, collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing experiences for conversion across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the attribution and measurement framework connecting marketing spend to subscriber acquisition and ROI
- Define and manage multi-touch attribution strategies across various marketing channels
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of tracking standards and marketing landing pages to enhance conversion performance
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a subscription or digital consumer environment
- Deep expertise in media attribution, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Experience with modern CMS platforms and product analytics tools
