Senior Director of Math Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of the Math product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Math Product Management will lead product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with instructional research to enhance student outcomes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product strategy for the Math portfolio, including roadmap, market research, and go-to-market planning
• Partner with content and research teams to integrate instructional research into product design and development
• Manage the Math portfolio team of product managers, fostering a culture of high expectations and alignment to the organization's mission

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in education publishing, including 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong background in product management or development, specifically in K-12 math education
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience in K-12 edtech with proficiency in Agile and human-centered design practices
• Bachelor's degree required
