Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Academic Measurement Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a research agenda focused on validity and educational score use
• Manage a team of researchers to support validity and efficacy claims through evidence-based research
• Enhance visibility of research through publications and presentations while maintaining industry relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in assessment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in scientific research and dissemination through peer-reviewed channels
• Expertise in measurement, psychometrics, and research design
• Proven ability to lead research teams and manage comprehensive measurement agendas
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in educational psychology, measurement, psychometrics, quantitative psychology, or a related field
