Job Summary

To drive impactful healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Medical Economics will develop cost and utilization performance reporting, analyze healthcare data, and provide strategic insights to optimize member outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making
  • Conduct program evaluations using advanced statistical techniques and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for improving healthcare outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst or data scientist, with strong quantitative skills
  • Expertise in cost and utilization analytics, including familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including managed care and integrated care systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python
