Job Summary

Leading analytic service delivery, the full-time Senior Director of Medical Economics will manage enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the planning and execution of analytics projects that support performance improvement and value realization
• Provide leadership and partnership in translating complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Mentor and manage a team of leaders and analysts to foster continuous development and alignment with strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leadership roles
• Direct experience in strategic planning and healthcare cost optimization initiatives
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and forecasting techniques
• Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R, and business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI
