Senior Director of Medical Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Medical Education & Professional Affairs (Americas).

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and implementation of a strategic vision for medical education and professional affairs
• Develops and manages relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key societal groups
• Oversees the development and implementation of continuing medical education (CME) programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
• 15+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related fields
• Commercial strategic approach and clinical acumen required
• Proven ability to build a comprehensive medical education business unit
• Self-directed with the ability to integrate into the organization's culture
