Senior Director of Member Engagement

Job Summary

As the primary architect of the revenue engine, the full-time Senior Director of Member Engagement will manage the entire member lifecycle from lead identification to long-term retention, collaborating across teams to enhance performance and drive growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end member growth and retention strategy to improve business performance
• Own key performance metrics, including Enrollment Rate and Monthly Retention, translating financial goals into operational plans
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team to foster a data-driven culture and identify performance gaps for timely interventions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Member Growth and Engagement within a regulated industry, with at least 4 years in senior leadership
• Experience managing a large-scale, multi-functional organization with 30+ team members
• Strong ability to quantify actions and their financial impacts, particularly in retention metrics
• Technical depth to collaborate with Product and Engineering on revenue infrastructure
• Proven leadership in influencing cross-functional roadmaps to drive significant growth
