Job Summary

Driving member retention performance, the full-time Senior Director of Member Retention will define and implement strategies to minimize avoidable loss of MassHealth eligibility while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize avoidable member loss and meet membership goals
  • Oversee member retention strategies and work plans, ensuring alignment with corporate retention goals
  • Monitor retention metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Five (5) years of health plan or policy experience required; ten (10) years preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and MassHealth regulations
  • Experience in operationalizing policies and procedures for compliance with contract requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills
