Senior Director of Merchant Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Merchant Integration and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the merchant integration strategy, focusing on pre/post-sales enablement and scalable onboarding
• Drive cross-functional influence by shaping product direction and embedding merchant needs into core roadmap decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver against strategic objectives and improve merchant experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Direct experience leading pre-sales support, post-sales merchant enablement, or integration teams in a payments context
• Proven ability to scale merchant onboarding and integration models in regulated environments
• Strong track record of collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to achieve outcomes
