Senior Director of Migration

Job Summary

Leading large-scale healthcare migrations, the full-time Senior Director of Migration will manage product strategy and governance for clinical platform migrations and integrations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the strategic product direction and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to production for multiple enterprise-wide products
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders and technology teams to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional programs and influence executive stakeholders to implement complex business and technology initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience
• 5+ years of experience in agile software development and large-scale program management
• Management experience in budgeting and business case development
• Health insurance and program management experience preferred
