Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Mission Critical, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts in new sectors and local markets
• Oversee multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects
• Act as the primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Design and Construction within mission critical and advanced technologies
• 15+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Project Management
• Proven track record in delivering complex commercial real estate projects
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred
