Senior Director of Money Movement

Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for the money movement product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Director of Money Movement will develop long-term strategies, evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and drive pricing and revenue strategies across various payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term strategy for money movement across multiple payment rails
• Evaluate vendor options and lead contract negotiations to optimize product offerings
• Define performance benchmarks and non-functional requirements for payment systems

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in payments or money movement products at a director level or higher
• Deep expertise in ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, P2P, and international payment systems
• Strong experience with vendor selection, RFP processes, and contract negotiation
• Proven understanding of payments economics and pricing strategy
• Experience defining non-functional requirements for large-scale systems
