Senior Director of MSO Finance
Job Summary
To support financial operations and strategy within the Management Services Organization (MSO) platform, the full-time Senior Director of MSO Finance will manage financial health, oversee M&A integration, and provide strategic financial guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the financial strategy and health of the MSO, including capital deployment and financial modeling for M&A
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying growth opportunities
- Oversee financial integration of new MSOs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record in healthcare or MSO environments, with expertise in revenue cycle management and operational integration
- Experience in managing complex budgets and financial planning processes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
