Job Summary

Senior Director of National Accounts is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the national sales organization, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer, and overseeing sales operations, team performance, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the national sales organization and provide leadership to the sales team
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive revenue initiatives
  • Support strategic deals and initiatives by aligning stakeholders and providing technical expertise
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales
  • Experience leading a sales team
  • Significant technical expertise in the pharmacy space
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Proficiency in AI-driven tools to enhance sales capabilities
