Job Summary
Overseeing the growth of a diverse portfolio across the U.S., the full-time Senior Director of National Accounts will manage targeted Retail Strategic Accounts remotely, focusing on achieving profitable growth, enhancing team performance, and expanding distribution within the super-premium and luxury segments of the wine and spirits industry.
Key responsibilities
- Drive portfolio growth strategy by spearheading account-specific planning and collaborating with the wholesale sales execution team
- Develop and nurture relationships with National and Regional accounts, ensuring effective execution of promotional strategies and growth plans
- Coach and develop strategic account managers while fostering a collaborative culture and managing performance standards
Required qualifications
- Proven sales results in the Beverage Alcohol industry with relevant wine experience
- Strong relationships with key distributors and wholesalers, with a focus on driving performance
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams, including recruiting and developing talent
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies
- Expertise in leveraging analytics and business intelligence for sales planning and performance measurement
