Job Summary

Leading non-clinical operations for renal care management programs, the full-time Senior Director of National Support will manage partnerships with corporate teams and oversee contact center capabilities while driving operational improvements and budget accountability in a remote role, preferably for candidates residing in the MST zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Identifies and drives continuous operating improvements and quality performance metrics
  • Leads initiatives to enhance contact center capabilities and tracks emerging trends
  • Manages a leadership team to support enrollment, administration, and clinical operations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8-10 years of experience in an operational leadership role required
  • Prior experience in call center leadership preferred
