- Lead Navigation, Advocacy, and Customer Service operations across multiple programs and clients
- Oversee operational performance, member experience, and engagement metrics
- Serve as operational leader in client meetings, addressing service delivery and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member services
- Experience leading large teams and managing multiple managers
- Strong operational leadership and performance management experience
- Experience improving member experience and operational performance
- Understanding of healthcare benefits and navigation workflows preferred
