Job Summary

Driving provider network contracting and deal execution, the full-time Senior Director of Network Contracting will lead a high-performing team to optimize fee schedules and ensure compliance across Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of provider contracting across targeted expansion markets, ensuring timely and compliant agreements
• Serve as the functional domain lead for contracting strategy and execution, overseeing a team responsible for deal execution
• Lead complex negotiations with physician groups and specialty networks, focusing on commercial fee schedules and risk structures

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare network contracting, particularly in Commercial managed care and Medicare Advantage
• Proven track record in high-stakes contract negotiations with physician organizations and ancillary provider networks
• Deep expertise in commercial pricing models and contract operationalization
• Experience building and leading contracting teams focused on multi-product deal execution
• Tech-forward mindset with experience in modern workflows and AI-assisted tools for deal execution
