Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Senior Director of Network Contracting will develop and implement complex provider network strategies, negotiate contracts, and foster relationships with healthcare providers to enhance network performance and manage costs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contracting strategies in collaboration with Market Leaders to align with network development and cost management objectives
- Lead and mentor the provider contracting team, establishing clear goals and expectations
- Negotiate complex contracts with healthcare entities and ensure compliance with regulations while resolving provider issues related to contracts and reimbursement
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or network development
- 7+ years of experience negotiating complex contracts with hospitals and physician groups
- 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting
